How & Where It Was Captured:

I captured it at my home in Jaranwala, Pakistan with my Motorola Moto x pure.
Settings:
Ø  Shutter Speed: 1/176 sec
Ø  f/2.0
Ø  4.67mm
Ø  ISO:  50
It was last day of 2017 i.e. 31 Dec. It was 4:30 pm and the sun was showing its last glance of 2017. It was dark orange and looking unusual that time of last day of the year. My phone was in my pocket and I was walking in the lawn of my house. The picture of sun was forcing me to capture it. Meanwhile, it started looking from between the branches of trees. That moment I took out my phone from my pocket and captured this memorable image of last sun of 2017.

Story:

Every photo has a unique story which tells its structure. So has this image. The year 2017 was about to end. Only few hours were left for sun to depart and never come back in 2017.
It seemed as if it was marking remarkable memories on the minds of people and embossing its last existence.
That noon the sun was showing an unusual frame. The color of the sky around it was light yellow and orange. The sun was glowing with low opacity in dark orange color. The moment came when it showed its last few minutes of presence.
The branches of trees along with the last setting sun created such a luring frame that it seemed as it was obligated to capture that moment.
Now that memory will remain saved in form of an image no matter if the sun was gone forever.

Poverty And Education

Poverty And Education

How & Where It Was Captured:

In the mountains of Quetta, Pakistan when I was with my friends on a trip I captured this photo with Canon EOS 1200D. I used following settings to capture this photo.
Settings:
Ø  Shutter Speed: 1/15 sec
Ø  f/5.6
Ø  47mm
Ø  ISO:  100
I love to use Snapseed app to edit photo because it is so user friendly and have everything an editor needs. This photo was a bit hard to edit just because of flames of fire. When the other part of the photo was looking great then flames were not looking good. Then I used its brush tool to set the flames which worked successfully and when I got satisfaction then I stopped my editing.

Story:

Kamran is 5 years old child from Quetta, Pakistan. He lives with his family in his house with miserable condition  because of poverty. His father is worker have daily income of 700 which is like a drop of watering in the sea. His father is not educated but wants to educate his son in such miserable conditions of his life.
The never ending problem of children in Pakistan is Poverty and Education. When they both combine they become a big trouble for them. Poverty’s effects are very dangerous which may lead them to lifelong struggles, especially it happens when children don’t get full education. Poverty and education are linked in a complex manner, they can’t be separate. Where ever there is poverty it is guaranteed you will find less education or countless hurdles in receiving education. We can see in our daily life that those children cursed by poverty may stop going to school and start doing work to cover their expenditures of life. This leads them “Illiteracy” which is a curse for whole life.
Pakistan is a developing country and this is not only in Pakistan many countries are facing the same problem. The importance of education in developing country can’t be explained by any article. Education can be the only tool to pull out families and communities from this curse of poverty. Education also creates major difference for adults, especially when it is used in daily life, including nutrition, health, gender equity and human rights. Adults will become the role models to their children.
Education is the only key to end poverty. Education can lead people to take smarter and life changing decisions about their children and their way of living. Education makes children to dream their bright future and their life without poverty.

Life in the Mountains is Healthier

How & Where It Was Captured:

It was captured somewhere at Quetta, Pakistan with Canon EOS 1200D. I was there doing Photo-shoot of my friends. I saw this man coming from upside of the mountain. I used following settings to capture this shot that was nice cloudy weather and evening time.

Settings:
Ø  Shutter Speed: 1/320 sec
Ø  f/5.6
Ø  55mm
Ø  ISO:  200
I used Snapseed app to edit this photo. I increased the color and increased the sharpness of the man and detail of the man in the photo.

Story:

No matter where you are living but if there are mountains nearby you know their power. They provide unique scenery and gorgeous natural landscapes. The Quetta is basically a valley surrounded from all sides with large mountain ranges. Most of the people there still live near the mountain or on them.
It is said that people of such areas are physically fit. Yes, they are fit because climb the mountain and travels miles on foot to complete their needs of life. There are not so many vehicles and industries in such areas to add nasty gasses into the air. This gives them opportunity for breath in fresh and clean air. There’s also scientific evidence which proves that life at high altitudes provides healthier hearts.
Mountain dwellers have less stress and scientific studies have proved that even less than half an hour out among nature can improve our state of mind. We are humans, nature is our mother but now a days we are stuck in this robotic life of technology. Where we can’t find relaxation we are 24/7 hours searching relaxations doing different meditations. We have forgotten the nature if we want healthy life and stress less mind we should love the nature and spend as much time as possible with nature.

Carpenter’s Assets

How & Where It Was Captured:

The photo was captured with my iPhone in a carpenter’s shop at Dalbandin, Pakistan. I entered the shop due to some work there then I saw these tools placed in such a beautiful pattern and my photogenic eye told my mind to capture this fabulous scene.
Settings:
Ø  Shutter Speed 1/30 sec
Ø  f/2.2
Ø  4.15mm
Ø  ISO:  40
I love such photos in BnW or in such these vintage effects which gives some oldish effect to the photo. To modify this photo I used Snapseed to change it into this. I have increased the sharpness of the photo to show more detail of the tools. Given it BnW effect and then given it some vintage effect to give the 1980’s look to this photo.

Story:

The tools are assets of his owner. When I captured the photo and then showed it to the workers in the shop they replied “These are my assets we work them and fulfill the needs of us we respect our tools.” I loved this thought and really respect their mind set. That hammer and the saw I put them in this pattern to make my photo better, because photography is creativity more you uses your creative mind more the photo will be awesome.
